New Video: Paranom - All Ideas Subliminal (No Ideas Original): http://youtu.be/fF-2uSDeBEQ @wreckshop101 @paranomsun
At 26 years of age, this Lynn Massachusetts based, current resident of Brockton MC has released projects both via retail and online avenues that have gained underground notoriety. As a member of Wreck Shop Movement and 1/4 of the group Tragic Allies, Paranom released the critically acclaimed album "Life Outside The Frame" on Ill Adrenaline Records in 2013, produced by Purpose of the same group in mention. With the single "Microphone Phenomenal" reaching #3 on the MTV Germany Urban Charts, as well as a European tour with Wu-Tang's Killah Priest, Paranom along with the rest of the Tragic Allies are steadily on a worldwide rise.
Whether you thought it was Nas or not, it's still one of the most intriguing things in Hip Hop. It got people talking and a lot of people liked the music but didn't like not knowing for sure who it was. lol That's the funniest part to me. He provoked so many minds to wonder about it. The strategy is incredible and the fact that now the video is out and people still don't believe it's not Nas is even better. lol One local artist said it's not impossible for him to be lip syncing. It's understandable that Nas fans would have a hard time with another MC sounding like him and rhyming like him. Some fans of Hip Hop are excited about this because it brings hype and discussion as well as anticipation for a performance by Your Old Droog. Speaking of which, he has a show coming up in NYC on Sept 3rd.... http://tktwb.tw/1s2f25D

Ill Adrenaline Records & Tragic Allies strike again! Adding onto previous releases: Purpose & Confidence, and 7 G.E.M.S. (Tragedy Khadafi & Tragic Allies), Purpose of Tragic Allies teams up with up-and-coming lyricist and latest Tragic Allies & Wreck Shop member Paranom to deliver a 19-track, strong boom-bap heater entitled "Life Outside The Frame".
As already the case for the critically acclaimed 7 G.E.M.S. project, Purpose once again handles the entire production on this offering, ranging from rugged uptempo joints ("Interlude To Your Mood") to jazzy, conscious, and mellow vibes ("Dayz Go By" and "Night Gallery"). Being featured only on two tracks, Purpose this time concentrates fully on providing stellar instrumentals that complement Paranom's excellent lyrical, and even cryptic skills. With the ability to fuse different musical influences into a raw, but soulful sound of Hip-Hop, Paranom's aim is to further evolve an ever growing culture into a more balanced art form, one that's rooted in self-empowerment and realization, freedom, and discovery.
